There are 3 separate levels, each offering its own unique floor plan and amenities including a cement ground floor with a charcoal BBQ perfect for cooking for the whole family while enjoying the sounds of the beach.
Tourist Activities
The home is close to the Edisto pavilion/pier, several restaurants, and right around the corner from the island grocery store and local service station. It is also within walking or biking distance of several local shops.
Pet Policy
Pets are possible at this location for an additional nonrefundable fee plus tax. Dogs only. Pet fees are per pet with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.

Breath Taking Views

There are a two large balconies off the back of the home, giving full access to view the ocean and miles of beach. Wake up early to watch the sun rise over the water and feel the warmth on your skin. The view doesn't get much better then this!

The sandy beach and beautiful Atlantic ocean are only steps away! From the main floor, there are two exits that take you to the ground level and onto the path to get to the beach.
